Returns and Exchanges
We personally stand by the quality of our products and all candles are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment within 30 days of delivery. Please return your damaged item(s) with photos of the damage or issues along with a copy of your order to the address below. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
If there is an error on our part and an incorrect item was sent, we will pay for all the shipping costs involved for the return or exchange.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. Please note that the original shipping cost is not refunded which also includes orders that had free shipping.
To be eligible for exchange, or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging.. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
